Vojen Güttler

JUDr. Vojen Güttler is a legal scholar at the Institute of State and Law of the Czech Academy of Sciences. In the past has worked as a civil law judge, director of Rehabilitation Department at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic and a judge at the Czech Constitutional Court. Vojen is an author of a number of publications. He has wide expertise in fundamental rights protection. He has presented his scientific work at a number of international conferences in Europe, Unites States of America and in Asia.
